Terms of Service

The rules for accessing, browsing, uploading, streaming, subscribing, and using EVILEX.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EVILEX, including our website, video player, creator tools, upload features, subscription features, community features, and related services. By creating an account, uploading content, streaming content, purchasing access, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or misuse the service.
3. Platform use
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, abuse promotional offers, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users, creators, studios, payment systems, or content delivery infrastructure.
4. Creator uploads and ownership
Creators and studios retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the license needed for EVILEX to host, process, transcode, display, promote, distribute, and make that content available through the platform. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and consents needed to upload and monetize your content, including rights relating to performers, music, images, trademarks, locations, and third-party materials.
5. License granted to the platform
When you upload content, you grant EVILEX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, encode, transcode, display, perform, distribute, promote, and make your content available through the platform and related marketing surfaces. This license exists only for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the platform and your content distribution through it.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload or distribute unlawful content, non-consensual content, exploitative content, harassment, hate content, malware, spam, misleading metadata, stolen content, content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, or content that violates our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict distribution, suspend monetization, or close accounts where necessary.
7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid access, subscriptions, tips, rentals, or creator purchases may be handled by third-party payment processors. Prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, taxes, chargebacks, cancellations, and refund eligibility should be shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated in a specific offer, purchases may be final once content access has started.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We may review uploads, metadata, reports, comments, profiles, channels, and transactions to enforce these Terms and protect the platform. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, reduced visibility, age or access restrictions, demonetization, account suspension, termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable streaming experience, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every region or on every device. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. EVILEX is not responsible for user-generated content, creator claims, third-party services, payment processor availability, network conditions, or losses caused by unauthorized account access where you failed to secure your credentials. Legal limits vary by jurisdiction, so this section must be reviewed by counsel.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an update notice, sending an email, or displaying an in-product notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
