Copyright & DMCA Policy
Effective date: Replace before launch
How rights owners can report copyright infringement and how creators can dispute removals.
1. Respect for intellectual property
EVILEX respects intellectual property rights and expects users, creators, channels, studios, and partners to do the same. Upload only content that you own, created, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to distribute and monetize.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a takedown notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the URL or content ID, contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate, and an electronic or physical signature. Send notices to support@evilex.net.
3. Counter-notices
If content was removed because of a copyright claim and the uploader believes the removal was mistaken or authorized, the uploader may submit a counter-notice with required identification, contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury where applicable, consent to jurisdiction where applicable, and an electronic or physical signature. This process must be reviewed for your target jurisdictions.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload unauthorized material may be restricted, demonetized, suspended, or terminated. The platform may also limit uploads, distribution, or monetization while claims are under review.
5. No legal advice
This policy is a template and does not replace legal advice. Copyright processes vary by jurisdiction, and the final version should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
