Community Guidelines
Effective date: Replace before launch
Rules for uploads, profiles, comments, channel pages, messaging, and community safety.
1. Purpose of the Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed on the platform and how we protect users, creators, studios, viewers, and platform integrity. They apply to videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, comments, profile pages, channel pages, messages, livestreams, promotions, and support interactions.
2. Consent, authenticity, and rights
Creators must have all required permissions, releases, and rights for uploaded content. Do not upload content that misrepresents people, uses someone's identity without permission, violates privacy, falsely suggests endorsement, or includes stolen third-party materials.
3. Safety and abuse prevention
We do not allow threats, harassment, doxxing, blackmail, hate content, exploitative conduct, malicious impersonation, malware, spam, fraud, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls. Content or accounts that create safety risks may be restricted or removed.
4. Content quality and metadata
Titles, thumbnails, descriptions, categories, and tags should accurately represent the video. Misleading metadata, deceptive thumbnails, keyword stuffing, spam uploads, repeated low-quality duplicates, or attempts to manipulate rankings may reduce distribution or trigger moderation.
5. Reporting and appeals
Users can report content, profiles, comments, or channels that appear to violate these Guidelines. Creators should have an appeal path for moderation decisions, with clear timelines and the ability to provide context or documentation.
